We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We do not offer refunds, but we will gladly exchange the item for you, or issue you a credit for the full value of the item. Store credits have no expiry date, and can be used for online purchases, in store purchases, or toward repair services.
Before you return your item, please contact us. We will work with you to find the best resolution.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account.
Several types of items are exempt from being exchanged:
Engraved items, Custom orders, Gift cards, Final sale items, Clearance items.
On the chance that you should come across a manufacturer defect, we will gladly exchange the item within 7 days of receipt of your item, or repair it for you at no charge, within 60 days. Please retain your proof of purchase, as it is required for your guarantee. Sorry, no refunds.
Our guarantee does not include loss or damage due to bending, stretching, tarnishing, scratches, cracks, broken or cracked stones due to normal wear and tear or forced damage.
We will gladly repair items not covered by the guarantee at an additional charge.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you, may vary. We will notify you when we ship out the exchanged item. We will try our best to have it sent as fast as possible.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
